Strength for Independence

Stay Strong for Life

As we age, maintaining strength becomes one of the most important things we can do for our health and independence.

Strength for Independence focuses on improving:

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Coordination

  • Mobility

  • Confidence with everyday movements

The exercises are designed to help you continue doing the things you love—whether that's gardening, travelling, playing with grandchildren, carrying groceries, or simply moving through life with confidence.

This class is ideal for adults 65+ wanting to stay active, strong, and independent for years to come.

No intimidating environment. Just practical exercises that support everyday life.
